Traditional Pennsylvania Dutch recipes are used to create our specialty food items. The secret of Pennsylvania Dutch cooking is to combine unlike flavors - sweet and sour, plain and fancy, rich and spicy. Eating these products along with our cheeses or with other foods opens up sensational new tastes that will surprise and delight your palate.

For the sweet taste we offer Autumn Dawn Apple Butter, Aunt Mary’s Peach Jam and a uniquely Amish Raspberry-Red Beet Spread. All are great on toast or on a slice of warm homemade bread. We also offer three kinds of homemade fudge: Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge, Grandma’s Chocolate Walnut Fudge and Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge.
